The Real Integration

Forget post-ceremony circles that barely scratch the surface. This is not a rinse-and-repeat protocol. You are not a formula. Your path isn’t linear. And the insights that come through altered states or major life shifts deserve more than a journal entry and a follow-up call. We move through a personalized plant dieta process, rooted in your own lived experience. Whether you’re preparing for a ceremony, metabolizing what already happened, or simply ready to step into the next level of your work and body of art—this is where it all gets woven. And yes—we can retroactively prepare you for something that already happened. Time isn’t linear. I work in the quantum, and the plants do too.

How the sessions flow

The time together begins with a four-hour Oracular Intake, a deep, ceremonious, unhurried look into psychedelic experiences, health history, the animating spirit, and the vision being built in the world. The roadmap is alchemized from this conversation.

From there, the support is emergent rather than calendrical. Telegram is the vessel we utilize for voice notes, video, and text, because integration does not wait for a scheduled slot. It happens as life unfolds. Telegram makes that immediacy possible. The dialogue is always open.

All the while, the daily herbal preparations are moving through your body, working on the subconscious in real time. When something significant surfaces, when a plant ally requires deeper counsel, when you or I feel the moment calling for it, a 45-minute session is summoned. The meeting serves the work rather than a required time slot, enabling us to respond in real time to your experience. 

The Method 

One non-psychoactive plant ally at a time, selected specifically for the body, health history, prescriptions, current life circumstances, and the vision being carried.

Over three months, a minimum of six herbs are worked with sequentially, each one building on the relationship the last herb opened.

Vitalist herbalism means the body’s intelligence is never overridden. Only supported, clarified, and returned to itself.

No psychedelics are used. The non-psychoactive plant allies are the method. They are the stars.
