One (1) – 4 Hour Initial Consultation
This is an in-depth look into your limiting beliefs, behaviors, patterns, goals, health, and how you want to change the world. From this time together, we alchemize the roadmap for our three months together.
At this moment, we embark on our journey with a significant opening ceremony, symbolizing the start of our transformative coaching program.
Six (6) –Â 1:1 Sessions
Each week is combined with an herb you’re utilizing. We’ll use this time to dive deep into your connection with plants, yourself, and your goals. The magic of these sessions lies in the ritualistic nature of our meeting. It’s beyond talk therapy and may include, but is not limited to, sound meditations, quantum jumping, meditation, ritual, somatic practices, and more.
Custom Herbal Protocol
The core of the program is engaging with herbs every week. After our consultation, you will receive a package of tailored, customized herbal remedies sent to your front door.
All are 100% organic. Your prescriptions, pregnancy, or desire to be pregnant are taken into account to safely provide you with herbs that are harmonious for your current life stage.
One (1) – Integrative Follow-Up Session
Integration is the core of the program. Therefore, in the last two weeks together, you receive an herbal formula to implement. Following those two weeks of self-practice of all you’ve learned, there is a follow-up session.
At this time, we have a closing ceremony.
