Welcome to the possibilities of working 1:1 with me. There are several options, and I want to direct you to the tailored option that fits your life.

Both options offer a transformative journey of three months, deepening your life goals through the powerful connection with herbs.

The Difference — Psychedelic Integration is tailored to specifically preparation and/or integration of psychedelics.

What does coaching with me look like for both programs?

Each week, you engage with a new herb or formula to enhance your integration or life goal. That goal can be ultimate health, activating flow states, integrating or preparing for your psychedelic experiences, preparing for transformation, creating the next level of your creative endeavor or business, or engaging with sobriety and requiring support and accountability.

Psychedelic herbalism understands that we are human beings on a psychedelic journey of life and utilizes under-utilized herbs for integration and healing.

Community

This option is for those who want to be coached with others in a community space. Click below to learn more about the available programs. They are typically enrollment-based and have a beginning and end date.
