Droplets gather on open leaves while dainty flowers bloom. To my left, grandiose, space-taking blossoms unfurl, reminding me that all versions of blooming reside in the world. Tall stalks, close-to-the-ground herbs, silver leaves, and berries hidden behind foliage capture the sun to nourish their sweetness.
The influence of blooming flowers astounds me, providing life and vitality. Their sweet scent, nectar, and beauty pull me in, capturing my spirit and allowing me to feel their essence. As a confirmation at my doorstep, a gift of peonies fresh from the garden appears from a friend.
In the midst of a creative slump, the peonies revived me, their softness emerging from such a complex flower bulb. They produce sweet nectar, waiting for the ants to eat her and cause her to unfurl. The timing is always perfect—a lesson I am learning repeatedly.
Peony is here to remind us to attract all we desire, aligning perfectly with my current contemplations on life. How can I continue to provide my community with value while following my creative impulses?
I am an artist to the core, no longer fighting it. I am not here to prove the power of the plants to anyone. I am here to attract and commune with those who already know their power and want to explore the depths, heights, and bounty of floral wisdom together. We are ready to thrive in this blooming abundance.
Frequent bans on Instagram discourage my time on the app, guiding me to focus on group conversations and workshops and creating a membership to share the juicy details of my botanical knowledge.
I cherish moments like those in my current Gnosis group, where women gather to share their experiences with a single plant. They reveal what they learned, how they journeyed with the plant, and the wisdom it imparted.
Consider Chamomile. In her meditation with Chamomile, one of the women was visited by a Robin who imparted the wisdom, “A Robin trusts her wings, not the branch she sits on.” Chamomile’s message was clear: to fly into the unknown, trust in her journey, and leave behind stagnation. It called for cleansing on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual—urging her not to cling to the past or the familiar.
These women trust me as their guide, introducing them to herbal allies they have yet to meet! I am continually amazed by the synchronicity between their discoveries and the known properties of the plants. The imagery, their words, feelings, physical changes, and personal growth are unparalleled.
