Payment information processed through our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
Course activity on antleralchemy.com, including progress and login data.
Email engagement data through our email platform, Flodesk.
Site usage data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via standard analytics and security tools.
3. How We Use Your Information
To deliver purchased services (Nectar, 1:1 sessions, workshops, course access).
To send email communications, including our newsletter and any private podcast content, if you’ve opted in.
To maintain site security (we use Cloudflare and Wordfence for this purpose).
To improve offerings based on aggregate usage patterns.
4. Third-Party Services
We share limited data with the following providers as necessary to operate:
Flodesk — email marketing and subscriber management.
TutorLMS Pro — course delivery and progress tracking.
Stripe, Venmo, Zelle — payment processing.
Cloudflare — security and performance.
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
5. Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time via the link in any email.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request deletion, by emailing hello@antleralchemy.com

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing antleralchemy.com or enrolling in any Offering, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site or enroll.
“Offering” means any paid or unpaid program, container, session, course, workshop, retreat, land visit, or other service provided by Antler Alchemy LLC now or in the future, regardless of format, duration, or name.
2. Who We Are
Antler Alchemy LLC is a clinical herbalism and integrative practice based in Taos, New Mexico, operating from the Temple of Sacred Alchemy. Services are provided by April Rameé, clinical herbalist and originator of the Psychedelic Herbalism Method™.
3. Nature of Services
Offerings may include herbal consultation, ceremonial and educational experiences, land-based retreats and visits, and integration support, in individual or group format, in person or remote. All Offerings are educational and complementary wellness services. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. See the separate Health & Practice Disclaimer, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment in any paid Offering is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full or per an agreed payment plan. Prices are listed at time of enrollment and may change for future cohorts, retreats, or sessions without affecting current enrollees.
5. Refund Policy
All sales are final once. No refunds are issued, regardless of participation level, for any reason including scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or personal circumstance. This applies to all current and future Offerings, including retreats and land visits involving travel or deposits. Exceptions, if any, are granted solely at April Rameé’s discretion and do not establish precedent for future requests.
6. Course Access
Access to course materials hosted on the learning platform is licensed to you individually for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or reproducing course content for resale is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The Psychedelic Herbalism Method™, all associated frameworks, course materials, written content, audio, and branding are the intellectual property of Antler Alchemy LLC. No portion may be copied, taught, or distributed commercially without written permission. No portion or any part can be used and inserted into AI.
8. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, reviews, and stories shared on this site reflect individual client experiences. Results vary by person and are not guaranteed. Testimonials are shared with the client’s permission and, where used, may be edited for length or clarity without altering their substantive meaning.
9. Assumption of Risk
Herbal immersions, ceremonial work, yoga, and related offerings involve physical, emotional, and psychological engagement. By participating, you acknowledge these processes can surface intense material and agree to assume responsibility for your own wellbeing, including disclosing relevant health conditions, medications, or contraindications in advance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antler Alchemy LLC and April Rameé are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in any offering. Total liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Taos County, New Mexico.
12. Changes to These Terms
Antler Alchemy LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or enrollment in future offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
